Fred, Beth, and Nic Tedio are very involved in the community, as individuals and as Uptown Cafe.  With numerous contributions from gift cards to in-kind meals as well as service hours they feel strongly about supporting the community they live in!

They have served on the boards of:

Sunrise Rotary, Leon County Humane Society, Tallahassee Community College Foundation, TCC Alumni Board, Lee’s Place, Locally Owned Tallahassee, Tallahassee Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, Rotary Ethics in Business Awards, Capital Women’s Network, Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce Leads Group One, Tips of Tallahassee.

They give freely and happily of their time and food to the North Florida Rotary Youth Camp for Children with Disabilities, and the Leon County Humane Society.

They also support local schools: Leon High, Sealey Elementary, Kate Sullivan Elementary, Cobb and Raa Middle Schools, Lincoln High School.
